Estou à quase 3 semanas À espera de 1 levantamento de 150 dolares. no suporte so dizem mentiras. alguem esta com problemas tb? não recomendo a ninguem o fulltilt poker

  2. An update on my last comments about Full tilt. They locked my account 26-2-11 saying I had 2 accounts (this was their error as one account belonged to my son). We each sent in the required ID’s and Full Tilt finally reopened my account on 13-4-11 (approx 6 weeks later). FROM EXPERIENCE – The response time from Full Tilt is VERY SLOW (approx 7-10 days for an email response) and there is NO phone number for contacting them (very poor indeed for a large company with such large income). No reference number is used in any of their emails either. OVERALL – not happy with their service at all. POKERSTARS on the other hand, responds within 2 days for emails. NOTE – now I find that FULL TILT is under investigation from the FBI for money laundering and players are now locked out of the program. Could not have come at a worse time as I have a decent bank roll with them. BEWARE of trusting FULL TILT with any of your money. VERY SLOW at responding to player concerns and issues and my experience of dealing with the company shows they consider themselves above the law – obviously by the way they have been caught out for shady dealing. Maybe they are now getting their just reward – reaping what they sow

has anyone else on full tilt had issues with deposits made in november 2010? its now april 2011 and apparently their processor is just now getting around to it! my balance was comming up $125.00 long, but now FTP payments has has debited my account $200.00. I’ve e mailed them and they said they could not provide a full and accurate pending transaction list….Bullshit! there is no pending transactions on my deposit history.Terribly frustrated and would not recommend ftp.

Why can I not access my funds from Full Tilt Poker.com?? I was talking with a neighbor and I recommended Full Tilt Poker. My neighbor told me how he couldn’t withdraw funds from his account with them, so to “watch out”. I thought he must have been exaggerating, for there are so many famous players who “promote” it. so I went and tried to withdraw 200$ from my account. I got nowhere very quickly. wtf? Is Bernie Madoff or Enron running the cashiering??

  5. An update on my previous email. It is now the 3-3-11 and fulltilt closed my account on 26-2-11 with about $900 in it. I have sent about about 8 emails to them since the 26-2-11 and none have been answered so far (thats 6 days later). I am still locked out of my account and cannot access my money. SO FAR – a VERY POOR response from FULLTILT – beware

  6. I have an account at fulltilt and my son also has an account. I have winnings of almost $900 in my account. I decided to withdraw $500 by local bank transfer. I received a email from fulltilt which denied the withdrawal (no explaination given) then 4 minutes later they sent another email closing my account saying I have duplicate accounts. THEY HAVE DENIED ME ACCESS TO MY ONE AND ONLY ACCOUNT AND MY MONEY. THEY HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT EXPLANATION AND IN ERROR. My advise is – DO NOT TRUST FULLTILT and do not have any substantial money lying in your account. They are yet to rectify the situation – it has been 2 day now and I have sent them about 5 emails which they have only sent the acknowledgement email in response. I have just found out THEY DO NOT HAVE A DIRECT PHONE NUMBER0 which is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. I will keep you posted about the outcome

As my original e-mail to your site explained I have been receiving the runaround from Full Tilt since Dec 24th 2010 when I requested a mere $100 withdrawal.
I was originally told after one week that they do not pay until FIFTEEN business days. I told them that was absurd and that other sites do not take anywhere near as long. I said I would share my experience with the Poker community and social media sites.
After three e-mails they acknowledged they were having problems with their processor and I would have my funds by Jan. 14 “by wire” and were giving me a deposit into my poker account for $50 for “any fees from the wire you might incur from YOUR bank”.
This after I had requested a deposit of only $25 as a sign of good faith into my poker account for my aggravation at the delay (God forbid they should acknowledge that the $50 deposit was made to compensate my having to wait almost a month to see any money paid to me- trake no responsibility for the delay and then say it’s to compensate me for any bank fees when they transfer to me from my bank?)

Well here we are January 18th- no deposit. No phone call as I requested. In fact they do not even offer a phone # to contact them. But they e-mailed me to say that I should see a deposit “any day now ” and that “you should double check your bank statements because you may not recognize the depositor”. Bullsh*t- I know a hundred dollars when I see it -it isn’t there.

My comment to pokerreview.com- STOP REFERRING THEM. MAKE A DECISION FOR THE INTEGRITY OF YOUR OWN SITE. A-plus rating? Seriously? Or let everyone know -you are just a shill for them. Admit this is a cash cow for you and you get paid for referrals. Shut them off until you confirm with others they are being paid, in a reasonable time.

My comment to the the poker professionals that lend their name to FULL TILT- remove any connection to them- distance yourself. Your reputation and future endorsements are at stake. You have gotten this far in life by trusting your own instincts. Do not trust a company that will not provide a phone number to it’s clients.

They can’t pay a mere $100 in a timely fashion. Why risk your money at a site like this?? Ask yourself-how many days do YOU think is reasonable?

At this point what am I looking for? A Full Apology from Full Tilt, acknowledgement to all players that they have issues with paying at this time (by the way?-how long does it take to send a certified check?)and compensation for my aggravation in the form of real money (not a deposit into my Full Tilt account-they probably rigged it to lose by now.)Send it by check to me. CERTIFIED.

It’s unfortunate that this has happened. I enjoyed playing at Full Tilt. The graphics were good and the site was well constructed. BUT WHAT DIFERRENCE DOES IT MAKE IF YOU HAVE TO COMPLAIN FOR WEEKS TO GET PAID?

We have spoken to Full Tilt about the issues and they have asked for you to send an email to cashier@fulltiltpoker.com where you will get a proper response.

  9. henry buchanan says:

I am asking for your help to find out why Full Tilt is not making the payouts. I sent a request to withdrawl $1300 on October 30th (using a check) and they instead redeposited the $1300 (and another $50) into my account, while I sat by the door for 30 days waiting on the check – they never told me why they did not send the check – Then on November 3oth, I withdrew $1503 and requested a payout using a bank wire – Looked today and they again, put the funds back into the account adn never told me – so I made another withdrawl on december 9th using a Premium Bank Wire for $1503, and I sent them an email asking what was going on???? My disappointment is overwhelming!!!! COULD YOU INQUIRE WHY THEY ARE INTENTIONALLY RUNNING OFF ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS?????? Henry B. (I am iatolla12 on Full Tilt)

  10. Randall Rollins says:

I made a deposit which was verified by Full Tilt Poker’s automatic e-mail response.

This deposit was not reflected in my account the next day. I naturally wanted to know why this money was missing from my account.

Since Full Tilt Poker refuses to provide a phone number, I was not able to contact anyone to correct the error.

I e-mailed Full Tilt Poker at their address, but did not receive a response.

I do not think Full Tilt Poker should receive an A+ rating if they are unwilling to provide a contact phone number. (Banks and brokerage houses deal with money like Full Tilt Poker and they have a lot of customers and they provide phone numbers to their customers–why doesn’t Full Tilt Poker?)
