PokerStars Celebrating Upcoming 40 Billionth Hand in a Big Way

Sometime during the month of February, PokerStars will surpass another milestone when the 40 billionth hand will be dealt at the mega-super online poker site.

To celebrate they are awarding players for their loyalty by offering the F40 promo, which will include a $4 million guaranteed prize pool for the Sunday Million, a Valentine’s Day tourney boasting a $40 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of $1 million, eight $40K prize pool tourneys with for a buy-in of only 40 FPPs, a 24/7 succession of special 40-man Super Sit & Go tournaments, 40 billionth hand Mega Milestone cash awards, and finally topping it all off with 40 First Depositor Freerolls.

F40: Sunday Million $4,000,000 guaranteed:
Combining the F40 with the 4th anniversary of the Sunday Million, PokerStars is pumping up the prize pool to a hefty $4,000,000 on February 21, making it their largest-ever prize pool and one that will award the winner at least $1,000,000 for taking the top spot. This tournament kicks off at 16:30 ET with a buy-in of $215. Players can qualify in one of the many satellites that will be available all week, costing only a few bucks to enter.

40 billionth hand Mega Milestone:
When the milestone is reached, a cash prize of $400 will be awarded for each VPP earned by a player during the last 40 hands played. Every player participating in the hand will rake in the cash, with the winner earning double the prize money.

Additionally, beginning with hand number 39,601,000,000 and ending with hand 40,000,000,000, each millionth hand will be awarded cash at the rate of $40 for every VPP earned in the previous 40 hands played, with the winner again receiving double.

$40 Micro Million $1,000,000 guaranteed tournament:
Who loves ya, baby? On February 14^th, Valentine’s Day, PokerStars will hold a special F40 tournament at 14:30 ET. The guaranteed prize pool is $1,000,000, and players can participate for a buy-in of only$40.

F40: Super Sit & Go Tournaments:
And here’s one for the Sit & Go players out there. Take part in a series of 40-man Super Sit & Go tournaments running around the clock 24/7 from February 14-21 across a range of buy-in levels starting at $1.10, on up through $11, $22, and $55. Winners share a slice of $40,000, parceled out among all the winners at each and every buy-in level.

PokerStars is also offering F40 FPP tournaments, with buy-ins of only 40 FPPs and a prize pool of $40,000, taking place between 13:40 ET & 21:40 ET each day.
