Poker Legend Chip Reese Dies at 56

Legendary poker player David ‘Chip’ Reese died today in a Las Vegas hospital. Chip Reese was the youngest member to be inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame, three-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, including the 2006, $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. event, the author of the seven-card stud section for Doyle Brunson’s Super System, and one of the most respected poker players in the world. Few specific details are available at this time, but reportedly, he passed away in his sleep due to complications caused by a bout with pneumonia.
