Ongame Poker Classic Tournament Slow Pay Problems Update

Regarding the slow payout for the Ongame Poker Classic, Ongame has released a statement, which reads in part, “. . . one thing that neither was innovative in a good way nor lived up to expectations, was of course our payout handling. We offered several different payout options because we, a) Wanted to cater to individual player preferences. b) Had to live up to the regulatory changes that took place on our Network between the online- and live stages of the tournament. Our intentions were good, but in combination with the fact that certain operators were barred from the network during the same period of time, we and the operators were unable to properly service a few of the players in time.This has been corrected throughout December and the one or two transactions that may still remain will be handled as soon as we receive the necessary clearances and information from players and their operators. . . On behalf of ourselves and the operators, we would like to send our deepest apologies to the affected players and reassure you that you will be enjoying your hard-earned prize money soon – if not already.”
