Full Tilt Finds Plenty of High-Stakes Action

While the World Series of Poker takes center stage during June, the high-stakes tables at Full Tilt Poker are still seeing a lot of action and garnering plenty of attention as well. Such as been the case so far month, as Patrik Antonius and others have been winning, and losing, big on Full Tilt’s virtual felts.

Through Friday, June 11th, Antonius leads the month’s big winners as he continues his amazing turnaround from earlier in the year. This high-stakes veteran has added $345.080 to his bankroll for the month, pushing well into the plus for the year after being down nearly $4 million in mid-March. Including Antonius, the list of big winners for the first 11 days of June includes:

Patrik Antonius – $345,080

Vaga_Lion – $213,879

Observer84 – $95,556

Humpybfly – $91,645

UarePileous – $78,075

458854 – $66,970

Isildur1 – $58,239

Urindanger – $56,181

Skjervoy – $37,861

sunra18 – $37,860

Unfortunately for the rest of the high-stakes players, winners create losers. “Odonkor1” has experienced that fact more than anyone, losing nearly $135K in just eleven days. They say that a small win is better than a big loss, and the following players would probably like to take back their big losses:

Odonkor1 – $134,943

l Scubba l – $131,763

harrington25 – $127,352

jungleman12 – $114,806

David Benefield – $103,078

HUMZIE – $83,526

Rumprammer – $78,853

Unagi Is Back – $75,997

Cole South – $70,201

With the WSOP is in full swing, the numbers have been down at the high-stakes tables of Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars and other online poker rooms. While the traffic has dwindled, the action continues to be fast and furious at these nosebleed tables.
